  • The website currently located at https://www.verifiedagent.org/ and any other website owned by us upon which these Terms of Use are linked (collectively the “Site”, "VerifiedAgent.org," "we," or "us"); and 

  • Any other interactive feature, widget, products, services, and resources offered by us and our affiliates, distributors, or licensees through, and all other content within, the Site (all of which are collectively referred to as the “Services”). 

By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

  1. Use of Service: The Service is intended for individuals and businesses seeking to connect with agents and other service providers. The Service may only be used for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions. You may not use the Service to transmit or receive any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise violates any law.

Contact Information: By submitting your contact information through the Site, you grant VerifiedAgent permission to use your contact information for the purpose of sending you information about its products and services. This includes, but is not limited to, sending you marketing emails, SMS, newsletters, promotional materials, as well as contact via an autodialer and/or prerecorded messages. You also acknowledge that your consent to receive these marketing communications is not required to purchase any goods or services. STANDARD MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. 

  3. Opt-Out: You may opt-out of receiving communications from VerifiedAgent at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email communication you receive from VerifiedAgent. 

  4. Data Privacy: VerifiedAgent takes the privacy of its users seriously and will use reasonable measures to protect the security of your contact information. However, VerifiedAgent is not responsible for any unauthorized access to your contact information that is beyond its control. 

  5. Changes to Terms: VerifiedAgent reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, and your continued submission of your contact information through the Site following any changes to these Terms will be deemed to be your acceptance of such changes.
